Join Pastor Tommy Tamalea'a to practice for the 2024 Seattle Spartan Pan American Championship Weekend which is happening September 14-15 in Snohomish county. Participation in this training group is free and open to everyone. The race itself has an entry fee, but you can participate in this group even if you don't plan to enter the race and simply want to increase your speed, strength, and endurance through exercise. This group is planning to race as a team in the 5k sprint with 20 obstacles. Must be 15+ to join this group and minors must have permision from their parents to train with us.
