MY KIDS

Have kids? No worries, we've got you covered. We provide provide Sabbath School classes for children from birth through high school from 10AM to 11AM. Kids will learn about the Bible, play games, sing songs, and meet new friends! Best of all, they are still able to join our church service where kids and teens are involved and included as much as possible. Where are you located?

Edmonds Adventist Church is located on the corner of 196th Street SW and 88th Avenue W in Edmonds, WA. Our address is 8625 196th St SW. We are delighted to serve the Edmonds-Lynnwood area and many of our members come from as far north as Everett and Lake Stevens. Scroll down to see where we are located on the map!

What time is service?

Sabbath School Classes for adults and kids begin at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Then we all come together for the worship service at 11AM in the sanctuary.

Is there something for my kids?

Absolutely! Our Kids Ministry program includes age-appropriate Sabbath School classes at 10AM Saturday morning. We then encourage families to attend the worship service together at 11AM. There is a weekly children's feature which usually includes a story and/or activity just for kids! Kids also get involved with running sound or cameras or collecting offering during the service and we often find ways to include them in other areas too!

What does a typical service look like?

A typical service usually begins with Family Time, where our pastor brings prayer requests and praises from church members to the congregation so that we can all pray for and rejoice with each other. This is also the time when upcoming events are announced. Then we worship together with contemporary praise music, followed by prayer and the children's feature. The sermon runs for 20-25 minutes. We close with either a praise song or a hymn, and prayer.
